A quick and delicious dessert for your Fall festivities!Dump cakes are so wonderful!  Not only are they absolutely delicious, but they are a real time saver as well!  The name holds so true.  Get your ingredients and dump them together in a bowl and mix.  It doesn’t get much quicker and easier than that.  This delicious pumpkin dump cake will be a sure crowd pleaser.  Great for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or any other time of the year!


Ingredients

    (15 oz.) Can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1
    (12 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk
  • 3
    Eggs
  • 1 Cup
    Sugar
  • 4 Teaspoons
    Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1
    Package Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Cup
    Butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 Cup
    Chopped Walnut or Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 baking pan and set aside. Gather ingredients.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spice.

  3. Mix ingredients until blended and pour into greased 13x9 pan.

  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over top of the mixture. Don’t stir the dry cake mix after you’ve sprinkled it on the cake. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the cake and sprinkle with walnuts or pecans.

  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
